-Rather than an “Hey, I’ll help” (and then no follow up), we'd like to get volunteers to commit to an hour a week for whatever it is they’re rogering up for. That’s 52 hours/year. Our intent with this is to get people to realize how much they’ll have to do and how often. Obviously it won’t be exactly an hour every week, but we are looking for a framework for folks to understand the expectation.
