6:30pm SDHGPA Club Meeting & BBQ Mixer (BYOB)

BBQ will be Free this month to those that RSVP before Noon on Thursday

7:30 General Meeting: 
1.  Club Info & Updates: Time to renew your SDHGPA Membership

• 2015 Annual Memberships Expire Dec 31
• 2016 Membership and Card System is live and some members have already renewed

2.  Site info Updates:

• Gate Codes will be changing in 2016
• Palomar Launch Planting update
• Horse Work Party - Planning - Launch, Postage Stamp LZ, Wind Sock Poles (Vandalized & need to be rebuilt)

3.  Web Site - Updates:  Thank you to all those that helped test and provide feedback on the new system. This helped us refine the new process and system.

• Auto Generated Club Cards:  - Now Live
• New Real Time Membership Status
• New Member Only w/ Individual PWs  
• New Member Roster Page (Member Only access required)
• New Current Membership Card Archive (Member Only access required)

5. SDHGPA Elections: Election Voting will open on Dec 17th and close December 31st with Member votes being collected by mailor e-mail form responses from slated nominations. Election Ballot Forms will be sent to Current Full Members as of Dec 17th with voting rights. Each Voting Member may make one submission.

6.  USHPA Insurance & Insurance Fund (Free Flight Forever)
